David Ramirez, Chief Executive Officer

With over 18 years of private security and investigation experience, David is now the principal of Security Alliance with control of all administrative and operational functions. As founder of Security Alliance David personally oversees all strategic planning, business development, investigative assignments and all consulting services. David designed and implemented an “unmatched standard of excellence” philosophy that clients have come to enjoy. As a mentor of his vision and these initiatives , David strives to change the face of the security industry by elevating the standards. David was the Chair of ASIS International's Miami Chapter and current member of the Military Liaison Council along with chairing its Military Appreciation Committee. David managed soperations in New York and Miami for both Wackenhut and Pinkerton before forming Security Alliance. David served his military career in the Marine Corps, attached to a special operation's unit.

   
Carl St. Phillip, Sr. Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Principal of Security Alliance, providing oversight for all its offices. Responsibilities include all financial, administrative and compliance functions within the organization. In addition, reviews all service proposals and participates in strategic planning, corporate governance, diversification initiatives and business development. Carl's career has seen much success, as a Certified Public Accountant and the former CFO of Steiner Leisure (NASDAQ: STNR). Carl was responsible for the financial aspects of taking Steiner public in 1996, reporting to the SEC thereafter and maintaining banking relationships related to its $50 million dollar revolving credit facility. Carl is a graduate of the University of Florida's school of accounting and Florida International University's MBA program. He also served as the Treasurer of ASIS International's Miami Chapter in 2004.

   
William Murphy, Vice-President

Ultimately responsible for all company operations including oversight of management in all of its offices. Bill provides direction of critical processes to include business development, client relations, strategic planning, human resources, compliance and legal matters. Having over 20 years of private security experience, Bill's career started in investigations before transitioning to a Miami-based security company. Bill was largely responsible for its swift growth and success and subsequent reputation as an industry leader. Bill serves his community through his support of charities and as a board member of Crime Stoppers, Police Officer's Assistance Trust (POAT), Salvation Army's Miami Advisory Council and as the former Vice Chairman of ASIS International's Miami Chapter for 2005 and 2006. He earned his bachelor's degree from Barry University.

   
Angel Rosado, Director Of Operations

Oversees the daily management and field operations for all its offices. Angel serves in various capacities requiring goal-oriented leadership and mentors his managers and supervisors as he follows the company’s standards of excellence. Always willing to accept new challenges, Angel develops new programs and initiatives that lead to the company’s overall successes. Angel’s strength is his ability to optimize time, communicate with staff and clients, delegate responsibilities and manage resources. His private sector service began with a local security company that he helped grow through his leadership. Angel served his country with U.S. Army.
